Gina Empson BSc (Hons), FCA

Gina, the founder of ICS, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a member of the Chambre Suisse des Experts Comptables. She has been in audit, a Financial Controller, Financial Analyst to the CEO/Chairman of a publicly quoted company and Executive Director of a 40 person commercial company before creating ICS in 1999.

During her professional career Gina has been responsible for major financial and commercial operations in France, Asia and Switzerland. She also has international experience in company creation and start-ups, corporate governance and company restructuring.

Gina has a seat on several corporate boards, in addition to her involvement with the growth of many of our clients and the overseeing of the day to day business at ICS.

Gina carries dual Swiss and British nationalities, speaks fluent French and has lived and worked in the Geneva area for over 20 years.
