History

International Corporate Services SA (ICS) was founded in 1999 as a fully independent, privately owned fiduciary firm by Gina Empson, an English Chartered Accountant and member of the Chambre Suisse des Experts Comptables.

Coming from a background of audit, financial analysis, and above all, hands on experience of running businesses as executive director, Gina realised the advantages to be gained for small and medium sized companies by outsourcing their back office operations to external professionals.

Over the past ten years Gina has built around her a small team of hand picked professionals from different backgrounds, countries and cultures. The experience of this team now covers the entire breadth and depth of back office functions providing clients with a comprehensive set of personalised business process services at competitive prices.

Locality

The offices of ICS are conveniently located in a beautifully renovated period building in Geneva, looking out over the famous jet d’eau fountain, the Mont Blanc, and the busy lake traffic. This setting provides not only a convivial working atmosphere for staff and visiting clients, but easy access to public transport, underground parking, banks and shops.
