Swiss Land Estates (SLE) has been an active commercial property owner and developer in the Lac Leman region since 2007 when a substantial UK private investment group decided to invest in the region.

John Tracey, the Administrator of the Swiss operation states that «On getting involved in helping the group's interests in Switzerland, it was clear that we needed strong Finance and Administration (F&A) support to meet local Swiss requirements and practices and yet be able to mesh completely with the UK needs.
